FOCUS ON POSITIVE DIET HABITS

One very central thing that I have learned in my health journey. Is that the more good stuff you eat. The less you will want the bad stuff. So by faith if you eat a salad , eat some fruit, or drink some water. Don’t just say yuck I am having a salad today. But tell yourself that you are going to enjoy it. Be creative with your food and hunt it down. Make it an adventure. Seek your great food choices out like a hunter. You will crave and want less sodas, fast food burgers, or chocolate cake. Because your body has what it needs and really wants. So it craves bad things that are only cheap substitutes for what it really wants. This is a spiritual principle that we can use in order to be healthier long term. Helping us to understand what is going on in our minds in order to win our daily battles.
